/ Custom residential flooring

Every floor designed for the room it lives in.

We choose material for how a room is meant to feel—not for what fits the schedule. Hardwood, LVP, carpet, stairs: one composed intention.

Most floors are chosen from a sample board. Ours begin with the room—its light, its proportions, the materials it already holds.

Before we install, we ask.

That conversation shapes every material decision, from grain direction to stair profile. The result reads like it was always there.

— What we do

Material choices, made deliberately.

Hardwood

LVP & Carpet

Stairs & Railings

Solid and engineered hardwood selected for the room's humidity, foot traffic, and grain intention. Cut and finished on site.

Luxury vinyl plank for durability with real material presence. Carpet specified for pile weight and warmth, not just color.

Custom stair profiles and railings designed first, so the flooring meets them—not the other way around.

A portfolio of completed rooms—each one designed for the space, not the sample board.
